I am not an expert in adobe acrobat, but I would guess that if you reinstall adobe acrobat it might correct what corrupt files exist in your installation. Good luck! Paul Misty:

Sometimes when I open Adobe documents, it freezes with the cursor in the top left of the screen and a menu open with the following options: bluetickmarks | connectors | tickmarks | dynamic | sign here | show stumps | palette. I have to press ctrl + alt + delete to end Adobe and reopen it for it to work. I can't find this toolbar anywhere in Adobe. Sometimes after I end the program and restart it, I can open the document with no problems. Could I possibly have it setup incorrectly? I have tickmarks added.
